  • • Your core responsibility will be to expertly align client objectives with the advanced capabilities of the CreatorIQ platform, fostering deep, long-term adoption and ensuring sustained program success.
  • • You will cultivate robust, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, employing a proactive and consultative approach throughout the entire customer lifecycle, encompassing both virtual interactions and essential in-person engagements.
  • • As a subject matter expert on the CreatorIQ platform and a fluent strategist in influencer marketing, you will be passionate about delivering tangible business impact, with your performance measured by key metrics such as gross retention, platform adoption rates, and overall customer health.
  • • You will orchestrate and lead comprehensive strategic business reviews, detailed success planning sessions, and forward-looking roadmap discussions, ensuring these are always aligned with the client's overarching marketing and business objectives.
  • • A critical aspect of your role involves driving platform adoption and maximizing usage by diligently analyzing customer engagement data, proactively identifying potential risks, and uncovering opportunities to help clients fully leverage CreatorIQ’s powerful self-service tools.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our Implementation and Services teams to guarantee a seamless and effective onboarding process, accelerate the adoption ramp-up, and facilitate education at scale for client teams.
  • • You will act as a crucial liaison with our Product Support teams, ensuring that technical inquiries and product-related issues are efficiently routed for prompt and effective resolution.
  • • In partnership with our Strategic Insights Team, you will contribute to delivering bespoke, high-impact insights for clients who require data analysis that extends beyond the standard platform capabilities.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to meticulously develop and maintain joint account plans, which will clearly delineate customer goals, identify areas of potential risk, and pinpoint strategic expansion opportunities.
  • • You will serve as the dedicated internal advocate for your clients, effectively channeling their valuable product feedback and emerging market trends back into the organization to inform critical roadmap decisions and drive continuous improvements in the overall customer experience.
  • • Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date account documentation, including detailed success plans, comprehensive meeting notes, critical risk flags, and essential adoption data, will be vital for ensuring consistent, proactive, and effective account management.
  • • This role demands a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, creator content, and social media measurement, coupled with a genuine passion for the industry.
