- • As a Senior Data Analyst on HubSpot’s JAPAC Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will turn data into clarity to help Sales teams make smarter, faster decisions, directly contributing to regional growth and operational excellence in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
- • You will deliver data-driven insights that empower Sales and cross-functional teams to make confident decisions by building repeatable reporting, dashboards, and models that illuminate trends and performance drivers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leaders to monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend clear actions; translating raw data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders; diagnosing root-cause issues and providing actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes; and supporting cross-functional programs, tools, and systems that strengthen operational efficiency and productivity.
- • You will work within HubSpot’s JAPAC Sales Strategy & Operations team, a collaborative group focused on accelerating regional growth through data-informed strategy, process optimization, and operational rigor in a dynamic SaaS environment.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced analytical and storytelling skills, gain deep exposure to Sales Strategy and RevOps in a high-growth SaaS company, and build scalable solutions from scratch while influencing executive decision-making and driving measurable business impact across the JAPAC region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong proficiency with data and experience with data visualization tools (we use Looker)
- • High proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large, unstructured data sets
- • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and scalable reporting
- • Strong analytical, business consulting, organizational, and project management skills
- • Experience creating operating cadences or structured processes across multiple stakeholders
- • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- • Skill in identifying the right metrics and analyses to drive measurable business impact
