📋 Description

• • Analyze large-scale blockchain and ecosystem datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform product decisions, protocol improvements, and ecosystem health
• • Partner with engineers, product teams, and external ecosystem stakeholders to define key performance metrics and answer high-impact questions about network behavior and user activity
• • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using crypto-specific BI tools such as Dune, Allium, or Hex to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• • Develop and document reliable analytical models and data pipelines to support consistent, accurate reporting across the organization
• • Define, track, and improve core ecosystem metrics including decentralization scores, transaction inclusion rates, validator health indicators, and network economic parameters
• • Conduct exploratory data analysis to evaluate the impact of protocol updates, ecosystem initiatives, and changes in user behavior across the Solana network
• • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting workflows by validating sources, auditing transformations, and resolving discrepancies
• • Document methodologies, metric definitions, and analytical processes to promote transparency, reproducibility, and institutional knowledge sharing
• • Translate technical blockchain data (transactions, smart contract events, consensus logs) into strategic insights that guide engineering priorities and ecosystem growth strategies
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data collection efforts with organizational goals and emerging industry benchmarks in decentralized networks
• • Monitor frontier trends in blockchain analytics and adapt analytical approaches to keep pace with rapid innovation in the crypto space
• • Support data-driven decision-making for protocol upgrades, incentive design, and developer tooling enhancements by providing actionable, time-sensitive analyses
• • Work with big data platforms such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery to process and analyze high-volume, high-velocity blockchain data
• • Communicate findings clearly through written reports, presentations, and visual storytelling tailored to diverse audiences, from developers to non-technical executives
• • Act as a key data liaison between the Solana Foundation and its global ecosystem of builders, validators, and applications to ensure alignment on data needs and analytical priorities
• • Contribute to the long-term evolution of Solana’s data infrastructure by identifying gaps in tracking, proposing new metrics, and improving data accessibility across teams
• • Maintain a deep focus on accuracy and context when interpreting on-chain data to avoid misrepresentation of network performance or user activity
