- • In this critical role, reporting to the Lead Data Analytics, you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, business-ready data, conducting thoughtful analyses, and creating accessible, impactful reporting. Your primary focus will be on enabling data-driven strategies that propel Ada's growth and enhance our AI capabilities.
- • You will act as a key partner to our Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) stakeholders, deeply understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable analytical requirements. This involves defining and maintaining core business metrics, ensuring their consistency and accuracy, and establishing them as the trusted source for reporting and analysis across the company.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be to enhance data accessibility and clarity, empowering stakeholders to perform self-serve analytics. This means not only improving the data itself but also providing comprehensive documentation and clear definitions, fostering a culture of data literacy and self-sufficiency.
- • Data quality and integrity are paramount. You will proactively validate data, identify any inconsistencies or anomalies, and collaborate closely with our engineering teams to implement solutions that maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and reliability. This proactive approach ensures that all analyses and reports are built on a solid, trustworthy foundation.
- • You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and meticulously maintaining our core business metrics. This standardization is crucial for ensuring that all reporting is consistent, comparable, and reliable, providing a unified view of business performance.
- • Your role will involve close collaboration with Product and other cross-functional teams to guarantee that end-user data is not only accurate but also well-defined and perfectly suited for analytical purposes. This partnership ensures that data solutions directly address business challenges and opportunities.
- • You will directly support the Product and GTM teams by delivering actionable insights derived from thoughtful analysis and the creation of high-quality, intuitive dashboards. These insights will inform strategic planning, product development, and go-to-market initiatives, driving tangible business outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience writing and optimizing complex analytical queries in modern cloud data warehouses.
- • Experience with data modeling and analytics engineering practices (e.g., dbt), and version-controlled analytics development using Git and CI/CD.
- • Experience building analytics in BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
- • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business questions and translate them into analytical requirements.
- • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and metric definition to ensure consistent and trusted reporting.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- • Effective written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
- • Previous work experience for a SaaS company is considered an asset.
- • Adept at leveraging AI to enhance productivity.
