- • As a Senior Data Analyst (Blockchain) at P2P.ORG LIMITED, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the economic performance and strategic direction of one of the world’s largest institutional staking providers, directly influencing APR optimization, network expansion, and product innovation across high-growth blockchain ecosystems.
- • Your work will transform raw blockchain data into actionable intelligence that powers decision-making for institutional clients, internal teams, and the broader DeFi community, ensuring P2P.org maintains its market-leading position in restaking and yield generation.
- • You will explore the blockchain ecosystem to detect emerging opportunities and risks, analyzing on-chain metrics, validator performance, and network dynamics across Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and other emerging chains to inform staking strategy and product development.
- • You will optimize the economics of the validation process through rigorous research, statistical modeling, and business process improvement, leveraging advanced techniques in regression analysis, A/B testing, and probability theory to identify inefficiencies and enhance net reward rates (NRR) beyond market averages.
- • You will design and develop end-to-end data solutions — from exploratory analysis and model building to deployment and monitoring — using Google BigQuery, Python, Airflow, and DBT to create scalable, high-performance pipelines that support real-time dashboards and strategic reporting.
- • You will build and maintain informative, visually compelling dashboards for internal stakeholders, executives, and the community, translating complex data into clear narratives that drive operational and product decisions.
- • You will configure and manage data platform instruments to ingest, process, and transform blockchain and operational data, ensuring data quality, lineage, and governance across your team’s data marts while defining granularity, frequency, and quality standards for downstream consumption.
- • You will formulate precise data requirements for the data engineering team, acting as a bridge between analytical needs and technical implementation, and govern your team’s data assets by establishing ownership, documentation, and access protocols.
- • You will provide ad-hoc analytical support to cross-functional teams, responding swiftly to urgent queries from product, risk, finance, and engineering to enable agile decision-making in a fast-moving crypto environment.
- • You will join a globally distributed, passionate team of blockchain technologists and finance experts who share a mission to build a fairer, more transparent financial system through decentralized innovation, where ownership, curiosity, and technical excellence are deeply valued.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in blockchain analytics, advanced econometric modeling, and DeFi economics while gaining visibility into institutional-grade staking operations and contributing directly to products that serve industry leaders like BitGo, Ledger, Crypto.com, and OKX.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must have proven crypto experience, including hands-on work with blockchain data, on-chain analytics, or DeFi protocols.
- • Advanced SQL proficiency with complex joins, window functions, and experience in Google BigQuery for large-scale data querying and optimization.
- • Strong analytical Python stack skills, including pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and statsmodels for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation.
- • Familiarity with ETL orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow and data transformation frameworks like DBT.
- • Solid foundation in data research, probability theory, and mathematical statistics, with practical ability to design and interpret regressions, A/B tests, and hypothesis-driven experiments.
- • Demonstrated data storytelling ability — capable of forming evidence-based opinions and communicating insights persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Proven ability to own tasks end-to-end: decompose problems, drive execution, and handoff completed work clearly to stakeholders.
- • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for effective collaboration in a global, English-speaking team.
