• • The Senior Data Analyst, Product Support at Bullhorn serves as a strategic analytics partner to the Product Support organization, transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive service performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to define and track KPIs, developing predictive analytics for support demand, building executive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, designing scalable data models, identifying process improvements through data-driven insights, and establishing data governance and literacy practices across teams.
