📋 Description

  • Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations to monitor advertising campaign performance, audience delivery, and inventory measurement across travel and entertainment media channels.
  • Deliver real-time in-flight pacing insights and optimization recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Generate comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports that translate complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership and sales teams.
  • Analyze multi-dimensional datasets including audience composition, reach and frequency, geographic distribution, and venue-specific metrics from airport and hotel digital networks.
  • Integrate and reconcile internal campaign data with third-party measurement platforms such as Nielsen, NMI, MRI-Simmons, and iSpot to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting.
  • Automate recurring analytical workflows and reporting processes to increase scalability, reduce manual errors, and enhance data quality control.
  • Leverage GenAI tools and custom prompts to accelerate insight generation, automate report drafting, and improve consistency in narrative output.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Ad Operations teams to investigate data anomalies, troubleshoot ingestion issues, and improve overall data architecture.
  • Conduct ad hoc strategic analyses to uncover new inventory opportunities, support pricing decisions, and identify long-term client growth potential.
  • Translate technical campaign metrics and statistical findings into business-ready insights that drive client renewals, upsells, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality control practices, including validation, outlier detection, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Maintain and refine data pipelines to support real-time and batch analytics across large-scale advertising datasets.
  • Utilize Python or R to develop reusable scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation of routine reporting tasks.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytical outputs with business objectives and sales priorities.
  • Stay current with advancements in advertising analytics, media measurement standards, and AI-enabled productivity tools to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to non-technical audiences, including senior executives and client-facing teams.
  • Identify root causes of data discrepancies and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Contribute to the evolution of analytics frameworks by proposing new methodologies, metrics, and automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Advertising Analytics, or a similar quantitative role focused on marketing measurement.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, window functions, and performance-aware querying against large-scale datasets.
  • Deep experience with advertising campaign analysis, media planning, attribution, and audience segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS, Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data automation, statistical analysis, and repeatable reporting workflows.
  • Strong expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
