- • Develop and maintain robust and scalable ETL data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the company’s data warehouse.
- • Design, build, and optimize data models to support analytical reporting requirements and business intelligence needs.
- • Collaborate with data scientists to implement and deploy machine learning models and analytical solutions into production environments.
- • Monitor data quality across pipelines and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve data integrity issues.
- • Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive data documentation and metadata management practices.
- • Work directly with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business data needs into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.
- • Assist in evaluating and implementing new data technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance the analytics infrastructure.
- • Participate in code reviews and help establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across the data engineering team.
- • Independently manage assigned projects and tasks, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and alignment with business objectives.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes, increase system efficiency, and reduce operational risk in compliance-related data workflows.
- • Support the delivery of key datasets and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, particularly in workforce compliance management for healthcare.
- • Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development of data pipelines and analytics codebases.
- • Ensure all data infrastructure supports the company’s mission to simplify compliance operations and promote a safer, healthier workforce through accurate, accessible, and reliable data.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- • 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role
- • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data warehousing services (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- • Experience with ETL tools and techniques (e.g., Apache Airflow, dbt)
- • Solid understanding of data modeling principles and data warehouse architecture
