- • The Senior Data Architect is a strategic member of Catalight's Data & Analytics team, responsible for designing and maintaining the enterprise data architecture that underpins business intelligence, data engineering, and AI/ML capabilities across the organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves defining and maintaining enterprise data architecture vision, blueprint, and roadmap; designing scalable, secure, and performant data models and integration patterns; owning the design and evolution of Snowflake data warehouse architecture; establishing architectural standards for AWS and Azure environments; partnering with data governance to enforce HIPAA-compliant data frameworks; collaborating with data science teams to enable AI/ML workloads; and translating business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- • The role sits within Catalight's Data & Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Data & Analytics, and serves as the architectural authority for how data is structured, integrated, governed, and consumed across Catalight's family of companies, which operate in healthcare and related sectors.
- • The individual can expect to gain deep expertise in enterprise data architecture within regulated environments, influence organizational data strategy, lead modernization of data ecosystems using Snowflake and cloud platforms, and develop leadership in aligning technical design with business outcomes in AI/ML and analytics domains.
