📋 Description

• • Senior Data Center Operations Analyst responsible for system monitoring, production batch monitoring, workload throughput, and batch/system task abend recovery for MVS/ZOS/VM/VSE environments supporting internal and external clients.
• • Day-to-day tasks include monitoring mainframe systems using TWS OPC, BMC Ops AMI, zCAM, Mainview, Control-D, Mainframe Console, and HMC; managing ticketing via ServiceNow/ATLAS; performing shift turnovers (written and verbal); documenting incidents; ensuring IPL, maintenance, and backup processes; managing changes via Change Management tools; adhering to procedures; suggesting improvements; organizing independent work; providing hands-and-feet support; and communicating during critical events.
