📋 Description

• Senior Data Engineer role focused on architecting and building the foundation of a next-generation multi-tenant influencer marketing analytics platform, enabling enterprise partners with scalable, real-time insights.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing ETL pipelines, building real-time data ingestion systems, creating multi-tenant data models with partitioning strategies, developing data quality frameworks, implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), optimizing database performance through advanced indexing and materialized views, and integrating analytics platforms with optimized SQL transformations for embedded dashboard usage.
• The team at Careerswift AI Inc. is building a cutting-edge analytics platform for influencer marketing, operating in a hybrid environment in Warsaw with working hours from 12 pm to 9 pm CET, emphasizing innovation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making for enterprise clients.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in analytical database design, multi-tenant SaaS data platforms, real-time data processing, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR), while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, PyArrow, and columnar databases, positioning you as a leader in scalable data infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with production-scale systems
• Expert-level SQL skills with analytical databases (columnar databases preferred)
• Strong Python programming with data libraries: pandas, numpy, pyarrow
• Experience with ETL orchestration tools: Apache Airflow, Prefect, dbt, or similar
• Deep understanding of analytical databases, partitioning strategies, and OLAP optimization
• Experience building SaaS data platforms with tenant isolation requirements
