📋 Description
- • Senior Data Manager at Lindus Health, a mission-driven company transforming clinical trial infrastructure to accelerate patient access to breakthrough treatments.
- • Lead data management for multiple clinical trials using the Citrus platform, from design through closeout, ensuring high-quality data collection, validation, and reporting.
- • Collaborate with product, clinical operations, and sponsor teams to optimize trial design, develop CRFs, manage data queries, and support UAT and trial closeout processes.
- • Contribute to product development by advising on data management improvements within Citrus and mentoring junior team members while promoting CDISC standards like SDTM and ADaM.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience developing systems and procedures to store, organize, validate, and manage clinical trial data in academic or commercial settings.
- • Experience working with CDISC standards such as SDTM (desirable).
- • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment that challenges traditional CRO norms.
- • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams including clinical, technical, and sponsor representatives.
- • Demonstrated attention to detail, creative thinking, and empathy for patients in data management workflows.
- • Line management experience and ability to foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment (desirable).
