- • As a Senior Data Product Services Manager at Juniper Square, you will serve as the strategic data consultant for Fund Administration clients, bridging complex financial workflows with actionable business intelligence to unlock transparency and efficiency in private markets—directly supporting the company’s mission to digitize and democratize access to commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital assets.
- • You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of sophisticated data solutions, translating intricate fund accounting structures from systems like Investran into intuitive, high-impact dashboards and analytics within the Insights platform, ensuring financial accuracy while enabling clients to move beyond data collection to strategic decision-making.
- • You will partner closely with Juniper Square’s Fund Accounting and Analytics Engineering teams to act as a subject matter expert, mapping complex financial data flows, defining technical specifications, and guiding the development of custom reporting layers that reflect the nuanced realities of private market accounting.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include serving as the primary data consultant for clients navigating complex reporting requirements, building and maintaining BI dashboards that deliver clear insights for multifund structures, designing blueprints for non-templated reporting use cases, translating ambiguous business needs into precise technical specifications for engineering teams, integrating AI tools like Claude and Gemini to accelerate prototyping and documentation, and advising clients on technical roadmaps with cost-benefit analyses for custom builds.
- • You will enable transformative business value by prioritizing best-in-class implementation, delivering customized training, and curating long-term analytics strategies that empower clients to derive sustained value from their data investments.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Advisory, or Fund Administration
- • Deep understanding of Private Markets, specifically Fund Administration workflows
- • Proficiency in major BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) with proven ability to build dashboards and curate end-user environments
- • Direct experience or familiarity with Investran data outputs and fund accounting schemas
- • Demonstrated ability or strong interest in using AI models (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to accelerate requirements gathering and technical documentation
- • Proven ability to manage senior external stakeholders by translating business needs into technical specifications and actionable enablement programs
