- • As a Senior Data Scientist at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will serve as a force multiplier and accelerant to the business by driving data-informed decision-making across product, growth, tech, and operations. You will be embedded in one of Jerry’s core business areas — Growth Marketing, Product Development, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships — where you will own the analytical function end-to-end, from defining the right problems to driving outcomes that impact key business metrics.
- • Your day-to-day will involve surfacing analytical insights, building reports, running experiments, designing metrics, and communicating findings to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations to inform critical decisions. You will not just build dashboards but shape the questions asked, data pulled, and conclusions drawn, ensuring your work directly influences the trajectory of the business.
- • You will join a team of former McKinsey, BCG, and Bain consultants who are analytical powerhouses and first-principles problem solvers. The team operates with minimal bureaucracy — no slides, no corporate fluff — focusing only on work that materially changes the business. You will own a critical domain and be empowered to act like your name is on the door.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to scale your impact as Jerry expands from 5M to 50M customers and aims to become a $10B business in the next four years. You will develop expertise in applying data science to real-world business problems in high-growth environments, strengthen your ability to influence leadership, and deepen your skills in SQL, Python, and experimental design while working with modern tools like Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently using SQL or Python
- • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable business impact
- • Clear, persuasive communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
- • First-principles thinker who defines the right problem before building solutions
- • Owner mindset: takes responsibility for outcomes, even outside formal scope
