• • In this role, you will be instrumental in deciphering complex datasets to understand not just what is happening within our business and product ecosystems, but also why it's happening and what strategic actions can be taken. You will act as a resident data expert, empowering various teams across NimbleRx with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed, data-driven decisions. This involves conducting deep-dive analyses, developing sophisticated predictive models, and communicating your findings with exceptional clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• • Your responsibilities will span a wide range of critical initiatives. You will drive key business and product strategies by translating raw data into actionable insights and robust predictive models. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing user experiences, and mitigating potential risks. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and deploying statistical and machine learning models designed to solve specific business challenges, from customer segmentation and churn prediction to demand forecasting and operational efficiency improvements.
• • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating closely with our data engineering team to design and optimize data structures. This includes defining event schemas, structuring tables, and building efficient, logical, and forward-thinking data pipelines.
