- • Build and deploy advanced predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, price estimation, time-on-market prediction, and conversion likelihood in a real estate context.
- • Develop production-grade RAG and GraphRAG pipelines to enhance retrieval and ranking systems using unstructured data from listings, agents, and clients.
- • Construct complex knowledge graphs integrating property, agent, and client data to enable intelligent search and recommendation systems.
- • Write robust data transformations in Databricks using SQL and PySpark, and author high-performance SQL queries across ClickHouse and PostgreSQL databases.
- • Partner with engineering teams to ship machine learning and LLM outputs into production environments, frequently utilizing Inngest for workflow orchestration.
- • Analyze MLS data to uncover actionable market trends and directly inform the development of data-driven product features.
- • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests using PostHog to measure product impact and guide iterative improvements.
- • Build comprehensive dashboards and analytical reports using Hex and Metabase to communicate insights to product, engineering, and brokerage operations teams.
- • Translate ambiguous business questions from non-technical stakeholders into clear, data-backed recommendations and actionable strategies.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and brokerage operations teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- • Maintain and improve the reliability, scalability, and accuracy of data pipelines supporting real-time decision-making and predictive analytics.
- • Ensure model outputs are interpretable, monitored for drift, and continuously refined based on performance metrics and business feedback.
- • Stay current with advancements in LLMs, retrieval systems, and applied machine learning to enhance the company’s data science capabilities.
- • Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision, enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning within a product-led company.
- • Exceptional SQL proficiency with mandatory experience in PostgreSQL; ClickHouse experience is a strong plus.
- • Solid hands-on Python expertise using pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
- • Proven experience building and deploying RAG or LLM-powered workflows in live production environments, beyond prototypes.
- • Strong background in A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis.
- • Hands-on experience with Hex, Metabase, or similar BI platforms and product analytics tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
