- • Senior Database Administrator role focused on managing and scaling databases that support AI products at Plaud AI Inc., a fast-growing, profitable company with a $250M revenue run rate, dedicated to building trusted AI work companions for professionals worldwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring high availability, reliability, and data integrity; optimizing database performance and storage efficiency; designing and maintaining backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies; and collaborating with engineering teams on data architecture and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience as a DBA or Data Infrastructure Engineer
- • Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of database internals
- • Hands-on experience with cloud databases
- • Solid experience in backup, recovery, and high availability solutions
- • Proficiency in automation and scripting
