- • Lead a team of designers to produce high-quality static and motion graphics for globally recognised brands across digital and social media channels.
- • Guide and mentor designers through regular check-ins, providing constructive feedback to foster growth and creative excellence.
- • Organise and facilitate weekly design huddles to align the team, address challenges, and maintain workflow efficiency.
- • Collaborate with the Creative and Experience Network to define and execute creative strategies aligned with client briefs and brand goals.
- • Oversee the end-to-end production of digital assets, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and platform-specific specifications.
- • Adapt and localise creative content for multiple international markets while maintaining visual and messaging consistency across global platforms.
- • Utilise AI tools such as Pencil Pro to streamline design workflows, accelerate asset refinement, and improve production efficiency.
- • Maintain proficiency in core design tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- • Apply knowledge of 3D tools like Blender to enhance visual output, where applicable.
- • Work closely with project managers and creative teams to interpret briefs accurately and deliver work that meets client expectations.
- • Ensure all designs are optimised for social media and digital platforms, with attention to technical requirements and user engagement best practices.
- • Stay current with evolving design trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in digital content creation.
- • Translate complex brand narratives into clear, compelling visual stories that resonate with diverse global audiences.
- • Uphold quality standards across all deliverables, conducting reviews and revisions to push creative boundaries while remaining aligned with client objectives.
- • Support the team in implementing best practices for paid media design and social content production.
- • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives and encourages innovation in design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 65+ years of professional experience in design within an agency or brand environment
- • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- • Experience with motion design, video editing, and 3D animation tools such as Blender
- • Proven track record of adapting global brand content for multiple international markets
- • Expertise in creating digital and social media assets for global clients
- • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like Pencil Pro
