• • This role is designed for a visionary individual who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking, conceptual design, and hands-on UX capabilities, driving projects from initial discovery through to final delivery.
• • You will delve deep into understanding client markets, their strategic challenges, user behaviors, and stakeholder requirements to craft compelling product visions, robust roadmaps, and innovative feature sets.
• • A significant focus of your work will involve designing digital products and services that are inherently AI-native, leveraging AI agents, copilots, automation, and generative systems to create intelligent and adaptive user experiences.
• • You will be at the forefront of designing AI-driven UX, including prompt-led interactions, adaptive interfaces, and the conceptual design of sophisticated intelligent workflows.
• • The scope of your responsibilities will encompass both commercial market-facing products and enterprise solutions tailored for internal client stakeholders.
• • You will leverage Low-Code / No-Code environments, such as Replit and Lovable, to rapidly prototype concepts, validate hypotheses, and accelerate the product development lifecycle.
• • This role demands a unique blend of skills: thinking like a product strategist, executing like a UX designer, and communicating like a consultant, making you comfortable in high-level executive discussions, user research settings, and detailed technical collaborations.
• • Key responsibilities include defining clear product visions, value propositions, and experience principles that align with client business goals and the strategic direction of Impact Studios.
• • You will connect clients' strategic challenges, user needs, AI opportunities, market trends, and business objectives into cohesive product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
• • A crucial part of your role will be guiding clients on where to strategically invest, from developing AI-enabled Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to scaling intelligent platforms.
• • You will lead product and design discovery initiatives, planning and executing comprehensive research (qualitative, quantitative, and strategic).
• • This involves developing essential artifacts such as personas, user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and AI opportunity maps.
• • You will translate research insights into sharp, actionable problem statements, innovative product concepts, and testable hypotheses.
• • In designing AI-native products and UX, you will create end-to-end product concepts, user flows, interaction models, and feature definitions that thoughtfully incorporate AI-powered behaviors.
• • You will design novel AI-native UX patterns, including intuitive copilots, autonomous agents, adaptive user interfaces, intelligent suggestions, and multimodal interaction models.
• • You will collaborate closely with the UI team to build wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity prototypes that bring these concepts to life.
• • Your hands-on UX design work will involve producing detailed wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, comprehensive interaction specifications, and micro-interactions.
• • You will define and refine interface logic, user flows, information architecture (IA), and interaction patterns, ensuring design decisions are grounded in product strategy, research evidence, and technical feasibility.
• • You will orchestrate cross-functional delivery by working closely with AI, engineering, data, and product teams, acting as a vital bridge between product vision and technical execution.
• • This includes supporting user story creation, defining acceptance criteria, and actively participating in backlog refinement sessions.
• • You will facilitate workshops throughout the discovery, prioritization, design, and iteration cycles to ensure alignment and drive progress.
• • Utilizing Low-Code / No-Code tools like Replit and Lovable, you will prototype ideas rapidly and drive early validation of AI-based workflows and user interactions.
• • You will champion human-centered, AI-aware product design principles throughout the organization.
• • Mentoring junior designers in product thinking, AI UX, and discovery methodologies will be a key contribution.
• • You will also contribute to the development of Impact Studios' product playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies, enhancing the collective expertise of the team.
