• • Senior Designer role focused on crafting intuitive, user-centered design solutions that delight customers and drive business success within Caylent’s Product Experience Evolution team.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating personas, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, developing and maintaining design systems, collaborating with product and engineering teams, mentoring junior designers, and managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a full-remote environment.
