📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end visual design execution for client projects across brand systems, websites, decks, social media, and paid media campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Translate high-level creative strategy and brand direction into polished, production-ready design assets with minimal supervision.
• Develop wireframes and layouts for web properties, with optional support for Webflow builds to facilitate client deliverables.
• Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, investor decks, visual narratives, and promotional materials.
• Ensure organizational integrity and alignment of all design assets within The Source®, Radiance’s proprietary Creative OS.
• Actively participate in design critiques, concept development sessions, and collaborative reviews with founders, strategists, and fellow designers.
• Balance speed and craftsmanship—delivering high-quality work efficiently without unnecessary over-polishing.
• Partner with the Creative Manager to allocate design resources effectively based on project priorities and team capacity.
• Clarify and standardize workflows to ensure designers have clear objectives, responsibilities, and production expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney) to enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining human-led creative direction.
• Contribute to the evolution of The Source® as a living, learning design infrastructure that compounds brand value over time.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in typography, layout, color theory, and digital-first design principles.
• Work autonomously in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with strategy, product, and client teams.
• Champion design consistency and systemic thinking—ensuring every asset functions as infrastructure, not just a one-off deliverable.
• Advocate for design processes that scale across clients, teams, and platforms without sacrificing quality or clarity.
• Support the agency’s growth by helping define what world-class design looks like within a platform-driven creative agency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
