Senior DevEx Engineer

📋 Description

• • As a Senior DevEx Engineer at Replit, you will accelerate engineering velocity and reduce friction in the development experience by stewarding codebases, tooling, and workflows, directly impacting every engineer who ships code and acting as a force multiplier across product teams.
• • Day to day, you will maintain and evolve a complex TypeScript monorepo with Go services and npm packages, own and optimize build and test pipelines, drive code generation and type-safe interfaces, set code quality standards using automation tools, streamline development setup and onboarding, improve deployment processes, lead tooling migrations, partner with the AI team to enhance the internal Agent’s output, and manage internal and external dependencies including open-source engagement.
