We empower our clients to navigate the complexities of digital transformation with a comprehensive ecosystem of scalable solutions. Our approach is deeply rooted in understanding business needs, leveraging extensive industry knowledge, employing cutting-edge technologies, and drawing upon a diverse, multicultural team of experts strategically located across North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia.
  • • As a Senior DevOps Azure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our Product Development team, reporting to the Manager, Product Development. You will collaborate closely with a DevOps team lead and fellow DevOps Specialists to architect and implement robust cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the development and deployment lifecycle, integrating optimal technologies for our product suite, and ultimately improving the daily experience for our development teams.
  • • A key area of your work will involve Equisoft/Manage, our flagship cloud SaaS Policy Administration System. This system is engineered to provide a comprehensive suite of features that streamline insurance operations, delivering a seamless experience for both insurance providers and their clients. Equisoft/Manage enables insurance providers to significantly reduce hosting and support costs, achieve rapid time-to-market for new products and services, leverage state-of-the-art integration capabilities, and maintain stringent security and compliance standards. Furthermore, the platform offers advanced analytics and reporting tools, providing critical insights into customer behavior that empower insurance providers to precisely tailor their services to meet evolving client needs.

  • • A core objective will be to automate and streamline the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, as well as the ongoing maintenance and upgrading of the technologies that underpin our cloud resources. This automation will be crucial for increasing efficiency and reliability.
  • • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relevant documentation for new technologies and processes that are implemented, ensuring knowledge transfer and standardization across the team.

  • • A key performance indicator will be your ability to optimize the utilization of cloud resources to effectively reduce operational costs without compromising performance or reliability.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading-edge SaaS product within the financial services industry, working with a dynamic and supportive team in a fully remote capacity. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact on the efficiency and success of our product delivery.
