- • As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Ping Identity, you will maintain cloud-based services, take ownership of operational maintenance, manage customer environments, fulfill service requests, onboard new customers, and upgrade existing environments while ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
- • Day to day, you will manage customer environments, fulfill service requests (including configuration changes and access requests), onboard new customers by setting up environments and configuring standard settings, upgrade and audit existing environments for software versions, patches, and security standards, monitor for issues, troubleshoot with support, collaborate with development on continuous deployments, document procedures, maintain a knowledge base, and report to the PingOne Advanced Services Software Development Manager.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scalable distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), infrastructure as code (Terraform), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and automation, while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration, customer-facing operations, and enterprise-scale identity and access management solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture
- • 2+ years of experience with Cloud Platforms including AWS or GCP
- • 1+ years experience in working with Terraform
- • 2+ years experience with containerization technologies, including Docker
- • 1+ years experience with orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes
- • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated service deployments, including provisions for networking, security, reliability, management, reporting, and configuration management
- • Basic understanding of best practices for deployment automation
- • Experience using Git in a team environment (merge requests, branching, push, and pulls)
