- • As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Bluefish AI, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure on AWS, directly enabling the reliability and velocity of product delivery for AI-powered marketing platforms used by Fortune 500 brands.
- • You will architect and maintain infrastructure using IaC (Terraform), manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, enforce security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and mentor engineers while shaping infrastructure governance to support rapid, stable scaling.
- • You will collaborate closely with frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Python) engineering teams to define deployment strategies, resolve performance bottlenecks, and ensure observability and incident response readiness across a dynamic, fast-growing tech stack.
- • Bluefish AI is a venture-backed AI marketing platform founded by ad-tech veterans from Meta and Microsoft, operating with engineering in Berlin and business in NYC, backed by NEA, Salesforce Ventures, and others, with a mission to transform how brands engage consumers in the AI era.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering, preferably in a startup or product-driven environment.
- • Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.) and cloud-native architecture.
- • Strong experience with CI/CD tools, ideally GitHub Actions, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- • Proficiency with scripting (Python, Bash), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS/EKS/Kubernetes).
- • Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, system performance monitoring, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
- • Experience supporting modern web stacks, particularly React, Next.js, and Python-based services.
