📋 Description

• • Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for building and maintaining infrastructure and test automation for the Monad blockchain, a high-performance Layer 1 EVM-compatible network designed to scale decentralized applications.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining testnets and test automation, prototyping deployment patterns across validator and full-node topologies, designing and running performance benchmarks and load tests, driving observability and alerting, defining best practices for node operators, developing internal and external tooling, and participating in on-call rotation for production support.
• • Monad Labs Inc. is a remote-first team of ecosystem and community builders focused on advancing decentralized technology through the Monad blockchain, aiming to enable high-throughput, low-latency execution for decentralized finance and Web3 applications.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in blockchain infrastructure, gain hands-on experience with high-performance distributed systems, contribute to open-source tooling used by node operators globally, and play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain.
