- • Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of mission-critical trading infrastructure that powers millions of trades daily across CeFi and DeFi venues in a high-stakes digital asset trading environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure bottlenecks across compute, network, storage, and application layers; managing and scaling infrastructure via Terraform and Ansible; participating in rotational on-call schedules for real-time incident response and root cause analysis; using Prometheus and Grafana for observability; collaborating with trading, engineering, and security teams to align infrastructure with application demands; implementing security practices including IAM and secure CI/CD; and applying low-level optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles focused on high-performance, production-grade systems
- • Proficiency in Linux admin and experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure
- • Proficiency with containerized workloads (Kubernetes essential)
- • Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python and Bash; knowledge of Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus
- • Hands-on experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana) and production incident response
- • Experience with automation and IaC tools; Ansible, Terraform is essential
- • Understanding of performance engineering at both the system and network levels, including tuning, profiling, and capacity planning
- • Knowledge of cloud networking, security best practices, IAM and SIEM tools
