📋 Description

• • As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Truv Inc., you will play a critical role in building and scaling the secure, real-time API platform that powers financial data access for payroll account verification, direct deposit switching, and income and employment verification services. Your work will directly support Truv’s mission to modernize a $2B legacy market by replacing outdated, manual processes with innovative, compliant, and high-performance infrastructure.
• • You will join a small, senior Infrastructure team where your expertise will have immediate and measurable impact, helping to establish foundational systems for observability, security, and scalability in regulated industries such as banking, lending, and government.
• • Day to day, you will design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform to provision and manage AWS resources securely and efficiently.
• • You will build and enhance observability platforms by implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog to ensure system reliability and rapid incident response.
• • You will architect and enforce security and compliance controls across infrastructure to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA), working closely with engineering and compliance teams to embed security into the CI/CD pipeline.
• • You will improve CI/CD pipelines by automating build, test, and deployment processes using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD to enable faster, safer releases with minimal manual intervention.
• • You will collaborate with backend, frontend, and platform engineers to understand service requirements and translate them into scalable, resilient infrastructure designs that support high availability and low-latency API performance.
• • You will participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts, conducting post-mortems and driving preventive improvements to increase system uptime and resilience.
• • You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing through documentation, tech talks, and code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
