📋 Description

• Senior DevOps Engineer role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to enable reliable and efficient software delivery across global engineering teams.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading build and release automation, managing DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, IaC), mentoring engineers, supporting production releases, and driving improvements in scalability, reliability, and AI-enhanced DevOps practices.
• Part of NICE Ltd.’s growing Philippines team within the Build and Deploy group, collaborating with engineers across the US, India, UK, and Australia in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
• Opportunity to grow technical leadership in DevOps, gain hands-on experience with modern automation and AI-integrated pipelines, mentor peers, and contribute to the evolution of infrastructure practices in a global SaaS leader serving Fortune 100 clients.
