- • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and email channels to drive measurable business growth.
- • Own end-to-end paid media strategy and day-to-day management of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- • Develop and manage social media content calendars that drive both organic engagement and paid performance across platforms.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to inform data-driven optimizations and budget reallocations.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities align with overarching business goals and brand guidelines.
- • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently across channels to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- • Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing channels to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Record and submit a video as part of the mandatory application process; applications without a video will not be considered.
- • Work remotely within US time zones (EST–PST) and maintain consistent availability for collaboration with US-based teams.
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate cross-functional efforts and deliver campaign results on schedule.
- • Apply a data-driven approach to interpret campaign analytics, identify performance trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- • Communicate marketing performance and strategic insights clearly to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and regular updates.
- • Demonstrate prior experience working remotely with US or UK-based companies; applications lacking this experience will not be reviewed.
- • Maintain accountability for campaign outcomes, ensuring all digital marketing initiatives contribute directly to lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong background in digital marketing with demonstrable experience running successful campaigns
- • Deep knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- • Proven social media marketing expertise, including both organic and paid strategies
- • Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and drive continuous improvement
- • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present marketing performance clearly to stakeholders
- • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and have worked with US or UK-based companies
