- • The Senior Director, Clinical Data Governance & Integration leads enterprise-wide clinical data governance and integration strategies to support CareSource’s growth objectives by ensuring standardized business requirements, governance cadence, and cross-functional alignment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading clinical data inventory management, developing business requirement templates, overseeing data quality and acquisition governance, driving use cases from concept to implementation, partnering with IT and Data Engineering on interoperability (HL7/FHIR), monitoring vendor performance, and preventing fragmented data efforts across business units.
- • The role serves as a liaison between business domains and enterprise governance forums, leads a team of analysts focused on data profiling, reconciliation, quality monitoring, and roadmap support, and ensures alignment with broader enterprise data strategy.
- • This position offers the opportunity to shape enterprise clinical data strategy, lead a high-impact team, drive innovation in data interoperability and quality, and influence executive decision-making through data-driven narratives in a mission-driven healthcare organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, clinical data integration, interoperability, or managed care operations required
- • Five (5) years of leadership experience in a managed care or healthcare organization required
- • Advanced understanding of healthcare data architecture across clinical, claims, enrollment, provider, and supplemental data domains
- • Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) to guide strategy and challenge outputs
- • Ability to lead and influence in a highly matrixed environment and translate technical strategies into executive-ready business narratives
