  • • Lead the design, build, and scaling of a modern, AI-enabled Demand Generation center of excellence to drive enterprise growth for Fiddler Labs’ AI Observability platform.
  • • Establish standardized planning, execution, and measurement frameworks across segments and go-to-market routes, operationalizing best practices from high-performing demand organizations.
  • • Foster an experimentation culture with clearly defined hypotheses, instrumented conversion funnels, disciplined test design, and documented learnings that evolve into repeatable, scalable playbooks.
  • • Embed AI across marketing workflows to enhance speed, targeting precision, personalization, and productivity while strictly adhering to brand, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • • Own global digital acquisition programs across multiple channels to build mindshare, drive qualified traffic, and accelerate new customer acquisition for a technical B2B enterprise product.
  • • Build and manage a rigorous measurement framework to optimize ROI, allocate spend effectively, and guide investment strategy using AI-driven insights to refine targeting, creative, and channel mix.
  • • Lead campaign enablement systems to ensure consistent, high-quality execution at scale, enforcing standards for deliverability, accessibility, creative quality, messaging consistency, and engagement performance.
  • • Develop a Journey Optimization capability that connects lifecycle marketing, personalization, and experimentation across the customer experience to improve conversion rates and velocity.
  • • Define KPIs and reporting cadences for executive stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in demand generation performance.
  • • Hire, coach, and develop leaders across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, web/CRO, ABM orchestration, and marketing operations.
  • • Manage demand generation budget, resource allocation, and team performance with accountability to revenue outcomes and pipeline impact.
  • • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to align demand initiatives with enterprise sales motions and product-led growth strategies.
  • • Translate complex technical capabilities of AI Observability into compelling, clear narratives that resonate with technical buyers and C-level decision makers.
  • • Maintain deep fluency in modern marketing and sales technology stacks and leverage them to automate, scale, and optimize demand generation workflows.
  • • Represent Fiddler at industry conferences and events to strengthen brand authority and generate qualified leads in the AI and enterprise software space.
  • • Drive category-defining marketing narratives that position Fiddler as the leader in AI Observability and responsible AI adoption.
  • • Ensure all demand initiatives uphold the company’s mission of building trust and transparency into AI systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 12+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B SaaS, ideally targeting technical buyers in enterprise data, infrastructure, developer platforms, security, or AI platforms.
  • • Demonstrated success scaling a demand organization through experimentation, automation, and best practices to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • • Expertise in sales-led and product-led enterprise go-to-market motions with proven ability to report on and optimize metrics that drive business outcomes.
  • • Fluency in applying AI to marketing workflows—including optimization, personalization, content operations, and productivity—with judgment to deploy it responsibly.
  • • Strong analytical orientation with experience building measurement systems, running disciplined experiments, and turning results into scalable playbooks.
  • • Executive presence and credibility to influence C-level and technical decision makers; ability to connect technical detail to business value clearly and compellingly.
