- • Lead new business initiatives by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing high-growth enterprise brands for large-scale creative and omnichannel digital marketing solutions.
- • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through closing, ensuring disciplined planning, accurate forecasting, and rigorous pipeline management.
- • Develop and deliver tailored, data-driven marketing solutions that directly link to measurable client business outcomes.
- • Collaborate with senior leadership, account teams, creative departments, and analytics partners to align client needs with Wpromote’s service offerings.
- • Differentiate Wpromote in a competitive market by articulating unique value propositions grounded in performance results and strategic insight.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts using structured opportunity planning methodologies.
- • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior marketing executives at target enterprise clients.
- • Drive revenue growth by expanding Wpromote’s footprint within enterprise accounts and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- • Represent Wpromote at industry events, client meetings, and strategic pitches to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
- • Leverage market intelligence and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies and sales approaches.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales playbooks, pitch decks, and client-facing materials.
- • Support the VP of Growth in setting regional and national sales targets and strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, technologies, and performance metrics across channels including paid media, social, search, commerce, and content.
- • Operate with autonomy in a remote-first environment while remaining highly connected to team members across office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.
- • Participate in in-person learning, development, and team-building events at Wpromote’s office hubs when desired or required.

- • Proven track record of leading enterprise sales in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments
- • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles for high-value, complex B2B solutions
- • Strong ability to articulate data-driven value propositions to C-suite executives
- • Experience with omnichannel marketing solutions including paid media, social, search, and commerce
- • Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM proficiency
- • Ability to collaborate across creative, analytics, and operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions
