📋 Description

• As a Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy, you’ll be part of the Value Creation team working remotely to support the development and implementation of financial and operational goals that drive margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin across the strategic horizon.
• You’ll support the design and execution of a three-phase value creation model, build business cases for improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives like tariff mitigation, and establish governance models and global business rituals to drive performance and alignment with corporate goals.
• You’ll join SBD, Inc. (Stanley Black & Decker), a global leader with approximately 43,500 professionals and iconic brands like DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY, committed to innovation, sustainability, and empowering makers worldwide.
• In this role, you’ll develop strategic modeling and business case capabilities, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help generate $750M or 550 bps in net productivity over three years to achieve an AGM of 36.1% by 2028, while growing your expertise in value creation, supply chain strategy, and enterprise leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
• 15 years of related experience required, with at least 10 years in supply chain, business, or enterprise leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and/or change project/program leadership in a multinational company or strategic consulting firm.
• International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.
