- • Senior End User System Specialist at Rohlik Group SE, an expert-level role combining advanced identity engineering, SaaS administration, automation design, and digital workplace reliability to ensure seamless technology operations across headquarters and warehouses.
- • Owns resolution of complex cross-domain issues in identity, access, devices, networks, workflows, and SaaS; acts as escalation point and quality benchmark for junior colleagues; defines standards, documentation, and repeatable processes; leads technical ownership in domains including Identity, MDM, SaaS tooling, Warehouse IT, and Network areas.
- • Designs automated processes using Okta Workflows, Slack Workflows, n8n/Make, and scripting; leverages AI automation tools to eliminate manual work such as auto-processing tickets, data extraction and reconciliation, mass updates in SaaS tools, and bulk onboarding/offboarding; identifies opportunities to embed AI into daily workflows and trains others.
- • Participates in cross-company initiatives like RBAC redesign, onboarding automation, MDM consolidation, and warehouse deployments; owns parts of project delivery including analysis, design, implementation, documentation, and testing; partners with HR, Security, Ops, and Engineering on process improvements.
- • Produces high-quality guidelines, architecture notes, asset documentation, and network plans; mentors and trains junior colleagues; contributes to upskilling the entire IT Ops function.
- • Architects end-to-end Okta-based identity flows (LCM, Workflows, HR → Okta → SaaS); redesigns onboarding/offboarding for special scenarios; implements and maintains SAML/SCIM integrations.
- • Troubleshoots complex SaaS issues across Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, Confluence, Entra; builds two-way integrations between departmental systems (e.g., Slack ↔ Linear, HRIS ↔ Okta); drives RBAC implementation and security governance improvements.
- • Leads HQ MDM consolidation for MacOS, Windows, and Android; defines security, update, and policy standards for devices; owns device lifecycle processes including automation of asset flows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in advanced IT support, engineering, or integration roles
- • Advanced Okta admin skills including SAML, SCIM, LCM, MFA, and Workflows
- • Experience with SaaS ecosystems such as Google Workspace, Slack, and MDM platforms
- • Proficiency with automation tools including n8n, Make, scripting, and API logic
- • Strong identity, access, and security governance mindset
- • Understanding of endpoint security and MDM configurations
- • Strong system integration and troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
- • Ability to design repeatable processes and automate them
- • English: upper-intermediate proficiency
- • Ownership-driven, proactive, and improvement-oriented mindset
- • Strong analytical and system-thinking skills
- • Clear communication and precise documentation abilities
- • Ability to influence processes and drive change across teams
- • Comfort with ambiguity and designing structure from scratch
