- • The Senior Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Allica Bank’s endpoint environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed at scale through modern tooling, automation, and best practice controls.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and supporting endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and related tooling; delivering zero-touch provisioning via Windows Autopilot and Apple Automated Device Enrolment; maintaining standardized device builds and configurations; enforcing endpoint security controls such as encryption, antivirus, firewall, patching, and vulnerability remediation; supporting compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements; packaging, deploying, and maintaining applications across managed devices; integrating endpoint management with Azure AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access policies; contributing to automation and process improvement in IT projects like device rollouts and infrastructure updates; monitoring device health, compliance, asset status, and security posture; producing regular reporting and insights; and acting as an escalation point for complex endpoint and remote access issues, including VPN technologies such as Netskope.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in enterprise endpoint management, gain hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf), strengthen automation and scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, Power Automate), contribute to security and compliance initiatives in a regulated financial environment, and develop leadership skills through mentoring and supporting operational and project-based initiatives.
