📋 Description

• Senior Engineer (Infrastructure Management Services) at Kaseya Holdings Inc. in Bangalore, India, responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical IT infrastructure for global Managed Service Providers and internal IT teams.
• Perform server monitoring and troubleshooting for Active Directory components including DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services, DFS Replication, Active Directory Replication, and Group Policy Objects; triage and resolve server performance alerts related to CPU, memory, disk, and service-level issues.
• Manage Windows patching activities including troubleshooting patch failures, applying Cumulative Updates for Microsoft Exchange, and performing Windows Server version upgrades; plan and execute patching of virtual machines in Hyper-V clustering environments with minimal service disruption.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs to ensure data integrity; actively participate in Disaster Recovery operations including restoration activities, DR testing, drills, and validation of recovery procedures.
• Provide hands-on support for virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware); manage and troubleshoot antivirus and security applications; apply basic networking knowledge to resolve infrastructure issues involving IP addressing, DNS, routing, and firewall coordination.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures; work within a high-growth, innovation-driven company backed by Insight Venture Partners, serving over 15 million endpoints across 20+ countries.
• Collaborate with storage and network teams as needed; contribute to a culture of accountability and customer-centric excellence where employees are expected to go above and beyond.
• Gain deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure management, automation, and hybrid cloud environments while supporting mission-critical systems for global clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration and Active Directory services
• Hands-on expertise in server monitoring and alert triage
• Solid knowledge of disk/storage management in Windows environments
• In-depth understanding of Windows patch management and Exchange CU updates
• Experience with Hyper-V clustering and virtual machine management
• Practical experience in backup solutions and disaster recovery
• Working knowledge of virtualization platforms (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Experience supporting AV and endpoint security tools
• Basic but solid understanding of networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, VMware, Azure, or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in enterprise or managed services environments (preferred)
• Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) (preferred)
