• • In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced Generative AI and agentic applications, contributing to the foundational platform that underpins these innovative systems across the company.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable and robust Generative AI and agentic-powered products and systems, ensuring they are reliable, observable, and performant.
• • Collaborate closely with data scientists and fellow engineers to build and enhance our internal Agentic Platform, creating reusable components and services that drive efficiency and innovation.
• • Implement and optimize sophisticated data pipelines crucial for the training, evaluation, and deployment of AI models, ensuring data integrity and model accuracy.
• • Champion best practices in software engineering for AI systems, including rigorous testing, robust CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive monitoring to guarantee system reliability and uptime.
• • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic systems, actively applying new knowledge to solve complex, real-world business challenges.
• • Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of distributed systems and microservices, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and meet enterprise-level demands.
• • Leverage your strong Python backend development expertise to build efficient and maintainable code, adhering to high-quality software engineering standards.
• • Engage with machine learning concepts and Generative AI technologies, applying your understanding to practical applications within the business context.
• • Utilize your experience with LLMs, including familiarity with prompting techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to enhance our AI capabilities.
• • Work with frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools to build sophisticated AI-driven solutions.
• • Gain a deep understanding of the complete AI/ML model lifecycle, from initial data collection and preparation through to deployment, rigorous testing, and ongoing monitoring.
• • Utilize cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, to build and deploy scalable applications.
• • Apply your knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools, such as GitHub Actions, to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• • Employ excellent problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• • Work with various data storage technologies, including relational databases and data warehouses like BigQuery, to manage and process data effectively.
• • Drive innovation by contributing to the development of cutting-edge, impactful products that directly benefit our SME members.
• • Contribute to the evolution of our tech stack, which includes Databricks on AWS, Python Flask, Snowflake, Tecton (feature store), and Fiddler (model observability platform), with a willingness to learn and adapt.
