- • The Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager is a key member of the expert Feasibility Department team at Precision for Medicine, supporting the delivery of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects to drive business development and operational strategy.
- • Day to day, the role involves conducting pre-award feasibility analysis for RFPs (including competitive, historical recruitment, epidemiology, and site/country analysis), reviewing clinical protocols and study assumptions, presenting findings to BD and clients, collaborating with internal and external partners, performing site outreach, and supporting post-award feasibility deliverables such as site identification, enrollment modeling, and engagement with patient advocacy groups.
- • Precision for Medicine is a scientifically driven CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease, helping biotech and pharma clients bring life-changing therapies to patients faster and more successfully.
- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in feasibility analysis, site identification, and clinical trial strategy while contributing to innovative projects that maintain the company’s competitive edge, gaining experience in global trial support and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, matrixed environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline
- • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in feasibility analysis, site identification, or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- • Strong IT platform and data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web/data-based platforms
