- • As a Senior Field Engineer at Dataiku SAS, you will work directly with customers throughout their entire lifecycle—from initial evaluation to enterprise-wide deployment—ensuring successful design, implementation, and operation of Dataiku’s AI and data science platform.
- • Day to day, you will assess customer requirements for scalability, availability, and security; deploy Dataiku across diverse environments including SaaS, Kubernetes, Spark, cloud, and on-premises; automate installation and monitoring of infrastructure components; collaborate with revenue and customer teams; and act as a trusted technical advisor to both clients and internal account teams.
- • You will join the Field Engineering team at Dataiku, a global leader in Enterprise AI, where the platform serves as the orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI across multi-vendor environments, empowering organizations to drive measurable business value through transparent, collaborative, and controlled AI operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Spark, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks), and infrastructure-as-code tools, while strengthening client-facing and cross-functional collaboration skills in a high-impact, innovation-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional experience with at least one cloud-based service (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- • Hands-on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem for setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning
- • Familiarity with Ansible or other application deployment tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc)
- • Experience with cloud-based data warehouses and data lakes (Snowflake, Databricks)
- • Some experience with Python
- • Grit when faced with technical issues
- • Comfort and confidence in client-facing interactions
- • Ability to work both pre and post sale
