- • Diligently review and assess all contract modifications, providing timely and clear advice to the program management team regarding any potential financial impacts.
- • Continuously monitor overall contract costs and manpower allocation, ensuring that actual expenditures remain within CLIN (Contract Line Item Number) ceilings, adhere to CLIN budgets, and are charged correctly to the appropriate accounts.

- • Prepare precise and complete contract variance analyses and reports, highlighting deviations from the budget and providing explanations and recommended corrective actions.
- • Monitor the financial trends of multiple subcontractors and various task orders, ensuring financial health and compliance across all project components.
- • Collaborate closely with the procurement and subcontracts departments to provide essential funding input for multiple subcontractors and vendors, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- • Lead the development of Internal Program Review (IPR) presentations for senior management, synthesizing complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- • Prepare financial Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables for programs, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and customer financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses on contracts as requested by the Program Management Office (PMO) and other stakeholders, providing timely and relevant insights.
- • Maintain vigilant oversight of funding status, providing reliable and timely notifications of funding levels by line-item detail as required by project needs.
- • Represent the Finance Team in critical leadership meetings, offering valuable financial insights, identifying risks, and proposing strategic recommendations.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Financial Analyst team, focusing on process enhancements, automation opportunities, dashboard development, and standardization of financial processes.
