- • Join a team of 3–5 engineers to design, build, and deliver high-quality, low-maintenance mobile and cloud-connected solutions that enable organizations to strengthen their presence in the digital economy.
- • Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring seamless performance across iOS and Android platforms while maintaining clean, scalable architecture.
- • Collaborate with client teams to advise on best practices in modern mobile development, including the use of Flutter for cross-platform codebases and native Kotlin for Android-specific enhancements.
- • Design and implement cloud infrastructure on Azure that supports mobile applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable backend integrations.
- • Apply test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to write maintainable, high-quality code across the full stack, from UI components to backend services and API integrations.
- • Independently own features from concept through deployment, making technical decisions that balance performance, maintainability, and client needs.
- • Continuously improve development workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions that enhance team productivity and code quality.
- • Participate in peer code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the engineering team.
- • Work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to contribute remotely or on-site, focusing on outcomes rather than rigid schedules.
- • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical requirements that drive successful mobile solutions.
- • Stay current with evolving Flutter frameworks, Kotlin language features, and Azure cloud services to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and future-proof.
- • Mentor junior engineers and support their growth through guidance on architecture, testing, and clean code practices.
- • Balance speed and quality by prioritizing sustainable development practices over short-term hacks, ensuring long-term maintainability of client applications.
- • Contribute to the selection and adoption of tools, libraries, and technologies that improve team velocity and application reliability.
- • Take ownership of application performance monitoring, error tracking, and user feedback loops to continuously refine and optimize shipped products.
- • Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve existing systems, reduce technical debt, and innovate within the mobile and cloud stack.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience building mobile applications and cloud-connected solutions
- • Expertise in Flutter for cross-platform mobile development
- • Proficiency in Kotlin for Android native development
- • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
- • Proven track record of applying test-driven development (TDD) in production environments
- • Ability to coach and guide client teams on modern mobile development practices
