- • Senior Front-End Engineer (React) role focused on building next-generation high-performance web experiences for millions of customers at Bluehost, part of Web.com Group, Inc.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building AI-driven dynamic user experiences, integrating LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations), rapidly prototyping new product concepts, leveraging agentic AI systems to generate and optimize UI code, moving from concept to production within days, designing front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs, owning performance and scalability of high-traffic applications, collaborating cross-functionally for continuous shipping, and driving innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys
- • The team is a dedicated innovation unit working closely with senior executives and tech leadership, focused on rapid prototyping, POCs, and taking experimental ideas to market, building the next generation of Bluehost products with modern frameworks and AI-accelerated development workflows
- • The person can learn and achieve expertise in AI-assisted development workflows, LLM integration, scalable front-end architecture, rapid product iteration, and end-to-end ownership of high-impact features while working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment that values speed and innovation
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience building modern web applications
- • Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript
- • Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- • LLM API integration experience, Tailwind CSS, testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress), and design system/component library experience
- • Experience working with REST APIs and microservices-based systems
- • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments
- • Experience in high-scale SaaS or platform environments
- • Hands-on building AI-assisted development tools
- • Strong understanding of APIs, performance, and scalable architecture
