• • Architect and deliver pixel-perfect, performant user interfaces for Token Metrics’ AI-driven crypto-investment platform, used by thousands of investors in 50+ countries. You will own the entire front-end lifecycle—from whiteboard sketch to production deployment—ensuring every chart, dashboard, and portfolio tool feels instant, intuitive, and beautiful on any device or browser.
• • Translate Figma designs and UX wireframes into responsive React/Next.js components that load in <1 s on 3G, score 90+ on Lighthouse, and render flawlessly on Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and mobile WebViews. You will enforce brand consistency across color, typography, spacing, and motion while injecting delightful micro-interactions that make data-heavy pages feel light and alive.
• • Partner daily with back-end engineers to design GraphQL queries, WebSocket streams, and REST contracts that minimize payload size and maximize perceived speed. You will co-create storybooks, reusable UI kits, and design-system documentation so future features ship twice as fast.
• • Lead cross-browser QA automation: write Selenium and BrowserStack scripts that catch visual regressions before humans see them; maintain a CI pipeline that runs visual diffs, accessibility audits, and performance budgets on every pull request.
• • Champion Core Web Vitals and SEO best practices—lazy-load images, pre-fetch critical CSS, code-split by route, and use incremental static regeneration so our pages rank on Google and feel native on 4-year-old Android devices.
• • Mentor junior developers through pair programming, weekly tech talks, and detailed code reviews. You will introduce TypeScript strict mode, enforce ESLint rules, and establish a culture where “works on my machine” is never an acceptable answer.
• • Experiment with bleeding-edge tech—WebAssembly, Web Workers, PWA offline caching, and React Server Components—to keep Token Metrics at the frontier of fintech UX without sacrificing stability or security.
• • Own the mobile-first vision: build adaptive layouts that reflow from 320 px wallets to 5120 px trading desks; ensure touch targets, font sizes, and color contrast meet WCAG 2.2 AA so every investor, regardless of ability or geography, can trade confidently.
• • Instrument everything—Google Analytics, FullStory, Sentry, and custom telemetry—then analyze the data to A/B test headlines, button colors, and onboarding flows that directly lift conversion and retention.
• • Act as the user’s strongest advocate inside a fast-moving product squad. When the data model gets complex, you simplify; when the deadline gets tight, you scope; when the brand evolves, you refactor—always shipping value early and iterating often.
