• • As a Senior Frontend Developer at Caylent, you will be a mission specialist driving innovation by delivering cutting-edge AWS-powered frontend solutions for a diverse customer base, directly impacting how organizations modernize their technology and empower their people through cloud-native applications.
• • Day to day, you will participate in development activities, standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; collaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to deliver well-documented, tested, production-ready code; translate UX/UI designs from Figma into performant, accessible interfaces using React, Vue, or Next.js; mentor junior developers; and integrate AI tools and micro-animations to enhance user experience while maintaining high standards of code quality and scalability.
