📋 Description
- • Senior Frontend Engineer (Kotlin) role focused on building and maintaining the frontend platform infrastructure that powers Trading 212’s products used by over 5 million clients managing €30B+ in assets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and evolving the monorepo, designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for React Native and web, authoring shared TypeScript libraries, managing mobile release processes end-to-end, integrating observability tooling (Sentry, Amplitude), resolving build bottlenecks, and collaborating with product teams to improve developer experience.

- • You will deepen your expertise in frontend platform engineering, gain end-to-end ownership of mobile release infrastructure, influence engineering velocity at scale, and work on systems used by millions — advancing your impact in a high-growth fintech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of professional experience in frontend or mobile engineering, with a meaningful portion spent on platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling work
- • Production-grade TypeScript - strong typing discipline, not just familiarity
- • Hands-on React Native experience in a production app, including an understanding of the native layer
- • Practical Kotlin experience on Android - native modules, build configuration, or Android-side CI/CD work
- • Direct involvement in CI/CD pipeline ownership or significant contribution — mobile or frontend, any tooling
- • Ability to think in systems and write code for other engineers, not just end users
- • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions without waiting for full consensus
