📋 Description

• Senior Full-stack Engineer at Speak AI Inc., a leading AI-powered language learning company backed by top investors like OpenAI and Accel, with a mission to reinvent language education through AI tutors.
• Building novel AI-driven product experiences and user interfaces on the web, owning the full development cycle from conception to production, and shipping features rapidly to scale content and impact millions of language learners globally.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and machine learning teams in an agentic-first engineering environment where AI agents act as core collaborators in designing, testing, and improving systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building highly polished web-based product experiences
• Extensive experience with React
• Experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as core collaborators in day-to-day workflow
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to balance doing things the 'right way' with building scrappily when necessary
• Enjoyment of shipping code quickly and frequently
