📋 Description

• • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end web solutions to meet business needs while adhering to enterprise architecture guidelines.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions for external-facing customer websites and marketing technology platforms.
• • Own full lifecycle feature development, from initial concept through deployment and post-launch support.
• • Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability issues in production applications.
• • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery of software.
• • Build and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks, primarily React, with strong proficiency in server-side development using Node.js.
• • Develop and integrate RESTful, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs to support internal and external system interactions.
• • Work with database technologies including SQLServer, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB to design and optimize data storage and retrieval systems.
• • Apply DevSecOps practices and tools to ensure secure, automated, and reliable software delivery processes.
• • Utilize Azure DevOps or similar platforms for work management, task tracking, and team collaboration.
• • Adapt quickly to emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance system scalability, reliability, and security.
• • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align development efforts with business objectives.
• • Participate in team-driven innovation, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving within a dedicated team of five professionals.
• • Contribute to a culture of recognition, celebration, and open communication within the Pacific Life Technology division.
• • Support the development of self-service capabilities for policyholders to plan retirements, savings, and long-term financial security.
• • Ensure all solutions comply with cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
• • Maintain and enhance microservices-based architectures to support modular, scalable, and resilient applications.
• • Leverage AWS Cloud services and serverless computing to optimize infrastructure efficiency and cost.
• • Engage in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing to elevate team-wide engineering standards.
