📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in .NET and Angular, with a primary focus on ASP.NET, to develop and maintain high-impact government technology and HR software solutions for U.S.-based clients.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using ASP.NET for backend services and Angular for frontend interfaces, ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side components.
• Collaborate directly with U.S. companies — including Fortune 500 organizations and scaling startups — to translate complex business requirements into secure, efficient, and user-centric software solutions.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for critical features, from architecture design and code implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in a nearshore augmentation model.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability by implementing best practices in .NET framework usage, Angular component architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Work within agile teams to deliver iterative software releases, participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure alignment with client-defined timelines and quality standards.
• Integrate with modern cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps tooling to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing and deployment workflows.
• Maintain and enhance legacy systems while modernizing codebases to meet current industry standards, ensuring backward compatibility and minimal disruption to end users.
• Communicate technical progress and blockers clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across U.S.-based client teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team scalability and onboarding of new engineers.
• Work autonomously with a results-driven mindset, managing your own schedule while consistently delivering high-quality code and meeting project milestones without micromanagement.
• Engage with a global network of over 600 senior tech professionals across 25+ countries, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange within a multicultural, distributed team.
• Participate in projects that directly impact government operations and HR systems, contributing to digital transformation initiatives that serve public sector and enterprise clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in ASP.NET and the .NET ecosystem for building robust backend services
• Advanced experience with Angular for developing dynamic, responsive, and maintainable frontend applications
• Proven track record of delivering full-stack applications in a professional environment, with end-to-end ownership of features
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and secure coding practices
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a remote, asynchronous environment with U.S. client teams
• Fluency in English for effective communication with U.S.-based stakeholders and documentation
