📋 Description

• As a Senior GENAI Engineer at Weekday 1, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the EazyML platform by researching and developing cutting-edge AI agents that leverage state-of-the-art generative AI technologies. Your work will directly impact the creation of intelligent systems that solve complex business problems across industries such as finance, healthcare, and insurance, enabling clients to harness the power of AI for innovation and efficiency.
• You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, with a strong focus on generative AI applications including large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and natural language interfaces. This role demands both deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering to design intelligent AI agents capable of performing tasks such as NLQ-to-SQL translation, automated reasoning, and adaptive learning. Your contributions will help shape the future of the EazyML platform, positioning it as a leader in generative AI-driven automation and decision support.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies including LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, and multimodal AI systems. You will gain hands-on experience in deploying scalable AI agents in real-world applications, enhancing your architectural and problem-solving skills while contributing to meaningful projects that drive tangible business value.
• You will have the opportunity to influence technical direction and mentor junior engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative design discussions. By solving complex challenges in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and agent orchestration, you will grow into a recognized expert in generative AI systems and enterprise AI architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in AI and Generative AI solutions, including prompt engineering, architectural design, consulting, and enterprise architecture, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in generative AI and 4 years in traditional machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python for building wrappers, interacting with APIs, developing utilities, and implementing machine learning pipelines using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLP libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, LLaMA/LLaMA 2, and Azure OpenAI models, including prompt engineering for reflexive, model-based, and self-learning agents, and familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing complete machine learning pipelines, including work with Transformers, CNNs, embedding models, and vector databases for applications such as NLQ-to-SQL translation and recommendation engines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities, to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders while translating technical concepts into actionable solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related engineering field, with a solid foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning theory.
